Car Wash Electrical Remodel at Bluewave in Pearland

Car washes run on a lot more than soap and water. Behind every good wash experience is a network of motors, lighting, and electrical systems that have to work together without fail. When Bluewave Car Wash in Pearland needed a full electrical upgrade to go along with their remodel, we came in and handled the whole thing from the ground up.

We replaced the vacuum station motors, installed new blower motors, and updated both the interior and sign lighting throughout the facility. The blower motors are heavy-duty units - the kind that move serious air volume to actually dry a vehicle before it rolls off the track. Getting those wired in correctly matters a lot. Undersized wiring or a sloppy connection on equipment like that will cause problems fast.

The wash tunnel itself got a full going-over too. New wash equipment, updated conveyor components, and all the electrical work that ties it together. Our guys spent time making sure every connection was solid and every circuit was properly sized for the load it was going to carry. That's the part most people don't see, but it's what keeps a car wash running through a busy Saturday without tripping breakers or burning out motors prematurely.
